Cedarburg Physical Therapy Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community organization dedicated to helping children achieve better health and wellness as we progress in our fight against childhood obesity. Together, with your support, we can make a difference in the lives of families in our community.
Our Foundation was formed in 2006 to create a vehicle to collect and coordinate funds and support for our local schools. We are identifying primarily health and fitness programs that help our children’s health and are working closely with our schools to supplement and enhance their existing plans.
Cedarburg Physical Therapy Foundation’s mission is to fight childhood obesity and work with schools, members of the community and other foundations to enhance the overall physical health, fitness and quality of life of our community’s residents. We are working on many programs to foster this mission, including a summer fitness camp for elementary school children (www.activekidscamp.com). We strive to educate and empower our youth, families, and residents to make decisions that lead to or enhance a healthy lifestyle. |
