Cedarburg Physical Therapy
Open 2007
I can honestly say that this year’s outing was the best
yet. Everyone said that the experience at Squires Country
Club was great and they would be back next year. Thank you
very much for all who participated in our annual golf outing. It
is a great opportunity to play golf and raise money for our Foundation. We
had 64 players who eagerly golfed (some not as good as others)
and bid at our silent auction. Through your generosity we
raised almost $4000 this year.
Special thanks also to all of our hole
sponsors, personal donations,
auction donors and bidders. Everyone was very generous with
their donations to the auction and outing. You will also
see the list of hole sponsors and donors on this page. Please
patronize these businesses and thank them for helping us out with
this great event. There were so many people that contributed
their time and money to our event, thank you everyone.
We
also need to mention a very special thank you to Rick and Kris
Leach for donating those awesome golf towels that you
all received. Thank you very much
Leach Family. Thank you also to Laurie Brandenburg for taking everyone’s
picture and spending the day with us. Your team did great.
Not to forget a thank you as well to the Cedarburg Physical Therapy
Foundation Board of Directors; Ryan Olsen, Terry Litz, Kathy Rossiter
and Thane Storck for your efforts this year in organizing our fundraising
and donation efforts.
Finally, I need to say the biggest thanks to our chief organizer
Ginny Haupt, whom you all have spoken to at one point or another
at the CPT office. She worked tirelessly again to organize
this great event. Without her, there would be no outing. Thank
you Ginny!!!!
Congratulations are in order to Team Brandenburg on their dominating
win. Jim Brandenburg, Matt Brandenburg, Katie Brandenburg
and Tom Burmeister took home the title with a 12-under par score. The
trophy is engraved and displayed proudly at CPT’s front desk. They
will have the honor and distinction of being champions for an entire
year. Other teams have already begun the recruiting process
in order to unseat the defending champs.
As for next year, we are planning to return to Squires in July
2008. We will continue to be appreciative of anyone who donates
to our organization and our cause and will try to improve
your golf experience (probably not your golf game unfortunately)
in the years to come. Our ultimate goal is to gather, have
fun and raise money for a good cause. With a lofty but attainable
goal of 100 participants, we will need your help to ensure a good
turn out and raise enough money to make a difference.
On behalf of the staff at Cedarburg Physical Therapy, thank you
again. We look forward to seeing you in the near future.
